For one, it has 18 brushes that you can use to draw just about anything. You can create cool strokes with tile, mirror, crayon, and even calligraphy. More, the app has hundreds of high-quality stamps for easier drawing. If you want to create detailed line art, Sketchpad has line and path tools that you can use.

Sketchpad also comes with 14 shapes that you can add to your work with just a click from your mouse. Each shape is customizable using slider options in the UI. The app also lets you fill each shape with pre-selected colors, gradients, and patterns. You can also paint directly into the shape to keep your brush strokes inside the lines. 

To make it easier for you, Sketchpad also allows you to make use of more than 5000 clipart. The app offers high-quality vector images, all open-sourced, so you can use them for professional and commercial artwork. You can even add your own vector and raster images by dropping them to the interface. 

Finally, as with every design tool, Sketchpad allows users to add text to their workspace. Not only that, but it also gives you access to Google’s font library. You can also add fills and outlines to the fonts. More so, texts automatically scale to the size of the bounding box.

Sketchpad allows you to save your work on your documents folder. More, it lets you choose the image file type that you want. It even enables the autosave by default, so you’ll never lose a file. The app works offline and even has a web app version, which allows you to create artwork anywhere that has an internet connection.
